KMF's loan officers in their daily work promote non-financial services offered by KMF-Demeu Fund. The clients of Semey branch showed willingness to attend business education workshops on "Balance sheet in business management" topic.
Getting new knowledge, useful information, and expertise in doing business, as well as the ability to draw up a balance sheet and determine when a particular business needs it – these were common questions of interest for the workshop’s participants. Clients received theoretical material and practical tasks, through which they consolidated their knowledge.
After the workshop, the participants provided feedback on the key topic: "It is not so difficult to compile a balance sheet! It was important to know HOW to do it". Each participant was awarded a certificate of course completion. The clients expressed their desire to take part in the next workshop on the topic: "Cash flow management" and would like to further consider the topic "Different ways of saving".
